Due to the wear & literal tear, I needed my band remade. I was hoping to get a thicker/wider band for comfort and style. I went to J & J to get a second opionion. Robert sat down with me and listened very carefully to my questions/concerns. Another jeweler in King said ithe job would be very difficult to do to keep the curve of the solitaire. Although she did offer to try for $300.00 more than J & J. Not only did I get a beautifully reconstructed ring, it was for almost half the price! And it was returned two days earlier than expected. Wow!! That's the way to do business!

I've NEVER and mean NEVER been charged more than three dollars for a watch battery.
Even though he brought the charge down to $24.00 ( still too much), they will get NO MORE BUSINESS FROM ME, and you can bank on that!
Needless to say I was SHOCKED when they told me the charge was $32.00..."You're kidding me right?" is what I said and they were surprised that I was just dumbfounded by this. He asked me what I thought was a fair price and I told him that another local jeweler charges just the three...this jeweler disagreed, said that the other place charged $7.00
Not very happy with them anymore...I dropped off four watches to get batteries replaced and didn't think about the cost...have had them replaced before at a nominal fee of $3.00/each.
And to think I've bought wedding rings from this place and even sold them some of my own jewelry.
