Awesome service at the local office, staff are super freindly but the actual agent Bob Parent/ not a freindly person, awful customer service. Switched over because prices were better then allstate but I am considering going back.
This company does not listen and makes very drastic errors. Be aware that you will have to stay on the phone with the ALOT to be sure things are done right. And what ever you do,... Do not make a claim as they well cancel you for anything! Even a window repair!
