Quick wait and pleasant staff
My son cut his foot and we rushed to pioneer medical center. They rushed us to a room and no doctor came in for an hour and ten minutes even though I asked several times if he could at least get Tylenol or motrin. The nurse practitioner cane in finally (they had no real doctor) clearly to frightened to deal with the cut. She said we should go to brenners childrens hospital. If you do not have a doctor or a nurse that can handle things like simple cuts then put a sign on the door that says " we are unable to deal with simple emergencies if you have more than a stubbed toe or a light sniffle go to a real doctor". How can you keep a child in pain for over an hour just to send them away. You should be ashamed of yourselves. He ended up with 13 stitches. Very straightforward cut nothing crazy.
