that the service department installed the wrong part on my 260Z, and this caused a much worse problem. I was still charged labor and the price of the part. These folks claim to be church goers, and I sure hope they go a lot!! In my opinion, if I were you,I would drive to RF Enterprises in Lexington. Very friendly & very honest people, well worth the 30 min drive. I found several people that bought from King Lawn & Garden, but go to RF for service, they had bad experiences also in King!! Makes me wonder how many other dealers get service work from King ?????????? This is my opinion, based on my experience !!!!!!
I bought 2 gravely pro turn 52 mowers from king lawn and garden. They were very helpful and even stayed after late to help me get everything situated. He did his best to get me all the discounts that were offered on the gravely mowers, it was a very good experience.
I called ahead for a part for my chainsaw and they said they had it. I got there and they couldn't find it. Then they told me " I don't have to time to fool with that right now you will have to come back some other time". I guess my part was too cheap of a part to worry about. Too bad that will cost you all my business going forward.

I have never had any trouble with king lawn and garden, like this customer has reviewed. Every time i have to take my mower to them they are honest and answer all my question that i have and treat me like an individual and not just another customer, any time that i need part or have a service question they are quick and honest with me and have always helped me with my problems. I can assure you that the next lawn mower and or out door power equipment that I need, I will buy from King Lawn and garden because of there friendly sales and service
