Love, love, LOVE our furniture!! The salesman Devin was so helpful. The delivery came as promised...even 2 days sooner. The delivery guys were very nice to. We waited 6 weeks for furniture from Conn's (save your bucks and go to Badcock's) that never showed up. R
Make sure the item you order is what you get. We sat in a very comfortable recliner so we ordered 2 when we got them home and put the back on we noticed that it wasn't the same chair we sat in. Not as comfortable the showroom chair. Salesman said he didn't trust the numbers on chair so he looked up item number (which was wrong). Wound up returning recliners for full refund. Nice furniture but make sure what you order is what you get.
This place has the worst customer service of all locations I have went to. They could care less about your business. Badcock overall is a wondeful corporation, however, this locations has the worst sales associates. My husband and I have purchased over $5,000 worth of furniture and appliances at this store and when my t.v. was cracked they were no help at all. Also, never get warranty with any items you buy here because they don't cover anything. I bought extended warranty on my t.v. and the sales associate told me that if any damage were to occur it would be covered. They even told me that if I had any trouble getting the warranty company to cover the damage, they would personally call and make sure they would cover any damages but when it actually came down to it everyone turned their back on their promises. I love badcock but I'm seriously considering never buying anything from this place again because of this experience.
I completed an online application to get a washer/dryer. I was told over the phone what my interest rate would be. Once I go in the store to get the items, the clerk looked in the system and confirmed rate. So I said let's go shopping! When I picked out my items,we got to the computer for the rep said my interest rate had increased to 25%!! They would not change the rate to what i was told it was several times. The response I received was do I have it in writing??? Both reps clearly saw it in the system and nobody would honor it. Im VERY disappointed!
