I HATED the costumer service I received IT WAS SO BAD MY FRIENDS AND I LAUGHED ABOUT IT. Not only did they sound very unprofessional they did not send flowers TO MY MOTHER ON HER BIRTHDAY so I asked for just a delivery refund and was transferred to a grumpy and rude old lady who in turn preceded to yell at me as well as HUNG UP on me.To add to the list the flowers did NOT look like the picture at ALL! I will not be returning to this hillbilly flowers shop! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME GO TO ANOTHER SHOP!
Wonderful Experience. We live out of state in Florida and wanted to send a fruit basket to our dear friend in NC who had just lost her husband. Talley's was recommended by another florist who we first called but was not in the delivery range of our friends. After talking to Christine, she handled everything flawlessly. The basket was delivered the next day and it was beautiful. All the fruit was fresh and appetizing with other goodies as well along with some Hershey Kisses. Thanks, and a great job Christine.
An absolutely exasperating experience. Ordered flowers to be delivered to my friend who had just adopted an older child under adverse circumstances. She needed some cheering up. I paid extra for delivery that day and confirmed that it was possible when I placed the order between 1:00 and 2:00 pm. My friend did not receive them that day, unless you count leaving them on the porch unseen. Talley's lost the phone number of the recipient, and did not call me to get it. Instead, the owner's husband made the delivery himself at closing time (or so I was told by the staff) and when no one was home, he left the arrangement on the front porch. The temperature reached the 90's. My friend saw the flowers the next morning: no water left in vase and showing signs of heat stress. When I called Talley's about it, the owner Carol had multiple excuses. She even sounded like it was an imposition for the deliveryman to have to ring the doorbell multiple times. When a replacement arrangement was delivered to the house, my friend told me that the delivery person was rude. The white stuffed bear that was part of the replacement arrangement had dirty paws.The number of flowers in the second arrangement was less than the first one. The only thing Talley's did by way of restitution was refund the delivery fee I paid, and that was before I knew what a fiasco the delivery of the second flowers would be. I will never use Talley's again.
Really disappointed. For valentines day the flowers I got looked fine. They were never left in the sun, warm conditions, dirty water. Always left in room temperature, in the shade in our house. Yet, the flowers bloomed for 1 day and literally started dying the next day. The lilies, roses, everything. And a few of the roses I can't really say even got to bloom before dying. I have purchased flowers from non-florist like Harris Tetter (roses and lilies) that lasted 7-10 days in bloom in the exact same conditions (so about 7x10 times longer) for half the price.
Won't be going back, unfortunately.
I just got home from the funeral home. I ordered a 69 dollar basket over the phone. as I looked around the room at all the beautiful flowers I saw a basket alone at the door where you exit. I said to myself Dear God, please do not let that be mine. It Was! It was ugly and cheap looking. It was almost all white with very little color. The flowers looked very old. The daisies were already curling up and falling over. I would have respected you more if you had told me you did not have any color flowers so I could have called someone else.I gave it one star because it would not let me post without it not because it earned it
